Rodney Hough
Rodney Hough is a business owner with over 29 years experience in the customer service sector. He is a graduate of George Brown College in the Hotel Management Program. His business ventures include, but are not limited to: One99 Restaurant, Rural Roots Catering, Tralee Banquet Facility, HoodEx Kitchen Jani Inc., and Cataract Inn. Throughout his career, he has purchased and renovated properties, both commercial and residential.


Cassidy Chin
Cassidy Chin is a graduate of Business Management at Humber College, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at the University of Guelph. Through part-time studies, he is also completing a C.A. (Chartered Accountant Designation). His education has focussed on business ethics, research methods, leadership and marketing skills, as well as majoring in finance. He partnered with Rodney in Next-REI after working together for many years, including developing the business for both Rural Roots Catering and Tralee banquest Facilities.
